A dance act made up of young girls, called RISE, recently auditioned for “Britain’s Got Talent.” Their emotional, moving routine paid tribute to the victims of the Manchester attack — something that hit very close to home for the group. Hollie Booth, one of the group’s members, was a victim of the horrific attack. Nearly a year later, she is still recovering from her injuries and mourning the loss of her aunt, who was killed that evening.
With the support of her friends on the stage, she shared her story, which must have been difficult in such a public place. The girls gave an amazing and inspiring performance; it’s a moving tribute to the victims of the violent attack.
